Established in 1998, Ordem dos Arquitectos (portuguese national architects association) serves as the official organization for the architecture profession in Portugal. It encompasses all individuals practicing architecture in the country and oversees the regulations and standards for the industry. It is organized into regional headquarters across the national territory. Alentejo headquarters aims to bring together the various actors in the landscape construction process in the region and, as a yearly tradition, holds a reception ceremony to formally welcome new members into the organization. In a simple, clean, and straightforward identity, the contour of the region was used as the main graphic element.
